Get to know your new Accelerated Reader - Student edition

Thank you for taking some time to learn more about the exciting accelerated reader changes coming for you and your students. Today's video is meant to give you a sneak peek into the changes for students. But we won't stop there. Let's take a look at what changes your students will experience. Accelerated reader students will continue to see the same homepage. However, new student discovery tools will help students discover the rich content that they are has to offer. They will see the just write books of interest on their top book ideas for you discovery shelf. Much like Netflix or Amazon, these recommendations will adjust to students interests and reading levels as a student begins reading. Students are expected to read more and more non fiction, and you'll see we've added a section just for that. If students see the book they've just read, after logging in, they can quickly launch the quiz. Students will still be able to search for quizzes, the quizzing experience will remain the same. They will also see an updated progress screen. This helps students monitor their own progress towards targets and certifications, along with reviewing their assigned activities. Younger children will be able to review their progress with an interactive flower, the right age appropriate motivation. Thanks for taking the time to listen to our exciting changes we have in store.
