Welcome to Summer School

Welcome to super science, 2021. It's been a pleasure to have you in class in summer school so far this week. And I'm going to get to our slides here quickly so we can get into our first activity. So again, we're having a little quick meeting this morning. Just going to complete attendance real quickly. And we'll go through our schedule here. Our schedule looks like this today. Again, our attendance will do a little introduction. We're going to talk a little about inventions and engineering. We'll go out and have a little bit of a snack break this morning. And then after our snack will have a little recess time and we'll come back and we'll have a little choice lab work. And I'll explain a little bit more about that. Here, in a little bit, once we get into that portion of our morning. All right, so today our exciting unit is spaceship earth. And I'm going to show you guys a little bit of a video. We're going to do a little test and again, that's not a paper test, but that's just a testing of what we have a little bit of a science experiment. We'll do a worksheet and then we'll kind of maybe rethink some things in retest here. And our choice lab today, which again, I'll talk to you a little bit later on this morning about will be build out in rocket or plane. And by Thursday, whoever has the rocket plan that can go the furthest, we get a little bit of a prize. All right, so that'll be our morning with that.
